🌱 Initial Herbal Consultation

$95 | 60–90 minutes

Your first session is a comprehensive deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals.

During this visit, we will:

  • Review your health history and current symptoms
  • Discuss diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms
  • Identify key areas of imbalance and support
  • Create a personalized herbal and wellness plan
  • Discuss next steps and follow-up care

You will leave with clear guidance and supportive herbal recommendations tailored to your body and lifestyle.

🌿 Follow-Up Consultation

$50 | 30–45 minutes

Follow-up sessions are designed to support your ongoing progress and adjust your herbal plan as needed.

We will:

  • Review changes in symptoms and progress
  • Adjust herbal recommendations if needed
  • Address questions or concerns
  • Continue building your personalized wellness plan

Follow-ups help ensure your protocol is working effectively and evolving with your needs.

Acute Consultation

$45 | 20–30 minutes

Experiencing a seasonal illness or a short-term health concern? This focused consultation is designed for acute issues that don't require a full health assessment.

  • For short-term concerns such as a cold, sore throat, mild digestive upset, poison ivy, or a minor urinary issue (when appropriate and not requiring medical evaluation).
  • Includes a focused health history related to the current concern and herbal recommendations.

 During this 20–30 minute visit, we'll discuss your current symptoms, review any relevant medical history, and create a personalized herbal support plan. If your concern appears to be more complex or chronic, I may recommend scheduling a Comprehensive Initial Consultation instead.

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, or a 50% fee will apply.
